About Me

I live in Ayr where I practice Massage Therapy. In my free time I enjoy horse riding and Taekwondo. I actively enjoy being outdoors, so health and well-being have become a passion of mine, and I am keen to help others maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. This has led to me becoming a massage therapist and setting up Spruce Healing where I provide Swedish, Remedial and Sports massage and also sell health and wellbeing products.

Benefits of Massage

Swedish massage therapy is the most well-known and widely practiced type of therapeutic massage focusing on muscle relaxation, targeting superficial muscles and increasing blood circulation.

Remedial massage uses a combination of specialised deep tissue massage techniques to help treat conditions such as tension headaches, repetitive strain injury, muscle cramps and spasms, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, shoulder and back pain etc. The focus is on finding and treating the cause of the problem and not just the symptom. It can be used to prevent injury as well as to help heal an injury.
